Clearinghouse Services. If you have entered into a Clearinghouse Service Agreement to receive cost-sharing clearinghouse services from us, we will disclose Personal Data as required to provide those services in accordance with the terms of the Clearinghouse Service Agreement.

Agents and Related Third Parties. In order to perform our clearinghouse functions, we may need to provide access to certain Personal Data to our employees, officers, agents, attorneys, consultants, advisors and accountants.

Legal Requirements. We may also disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, or (ii) protect and defend our rights or property.
